Why connect Telegram to Slack
Teams work in Slack while customers live in Telegram. A bridge lets support and sales reply from Slack threads, and bot or Mini App events show up as Slack alerts with context.
How the integration works
- Auth. Slack app with bot token and Events API; Telegram bot.
- Bridge. Each Telegram conversation maps to a Slack thread; replies route back.
- Alerts. Leads, orders, errors posted to channels with buttons.
- Rules. Routing by language, product or customer tier.
Typical flows
- Customer message in Telegram → Slack thread → reply back
- New lead → #sales alert with deal link
- Deployment or error → ops channel
