How we work

Our Telegram Mini App development process

Six stages, each with a defined output and a decision point. You can stop after discovery with a prototype and a fixed quote in hand, or continue with the same team to launch and beyond.

01

Discovery

1–2 weeks

Workshop, user flows, feature list, risks. Output: scope document, clickable prototype, fixed price and milestones.

02

Design

1–2 weeks

UI in the Telegram design language or custom branding. Light and dark themes, iOS and Android variants, empty and error states.

03

Development

3–12 weeks

Two-week sprints. Frontend with the Telegram SDK, backend, bot, payments, admin panel. Staging bot available from sprint one.

04

QA

continuous

Manual and automated tests on iOS, Android, desktop and web Telegram clients. Load tests for games and launches with expected traffic spikes.

05

Launch

1 week

Production deploy, BotFather configuration, Stars/TON payments in live mode, analytics, Telegram Ads and directory listings, launch checklist.

06

Support

ongoing

Monitoring, SLA response times, updates for new Bot API versions, feature backlog. From $490/month.

* All prices and ranges on this page are indicative. The final cost is calculated for each project individually and depends on the complexity of the task, the number of developers and specialists required, and the delivery timeline you set. Use the ranges to understand the typical bracket, not as a fixed offer; the fixed price is confirmed in writing after scoping. Read our pricing terms.

Process FAQ

What do I need to prepare before the discovery call?
A one-paragraph description of the product, who the users are and how you plan to reach them. Examples of apps you like help. No technical documents are required.
Can I start with a smaller scope and extend later?
Yes, and we recommend it. Most clients launch an MVP in 4–7 weeks, measure retention and payments, then fund the next phase from a position of data.
Who owns the code, the bot and the hosting?
You do. The repositories, BotFather bot, hosting, domain and payment accounts are registered in your name from day one. We work with access you grant, and you can revoke it at any time.
How do you communicate during the project?
A shared Telegram group with the team, a weekly written status, a demo every two weeks and a project board you can see at any time. Calls happen in your business hours.
