What a business bot does
Telegram bots are automated accounts that respond to messages, commands and button presses through the Bot API. For businesses they are a direct channel to customers who already use Telegram every day: no app to install, no email to ignore, 80%+ open rates on notifications. A well-designed bot handles support questions, takes orders and bookings, sends shipping or appointment updates, qualifies leads and connects all of that to the systems you already run.
Bots we build
- Customer support and FAQ bots with escalation to a human operator and a shared inbox.
- Sales and lead bots: qualification flows, callback requests, CRM sync, follow-up sequences.
- E-commerce bots: catalog by buttons, cart, order status, re-order; upgradable to a storefront Mini App.
- Booking bots: appointments, reminders, calendar sync, deposits via Stars or cards.
- Notification bots: alerts from your systems, delivery tracking, invoice reminders, personalized broadcasts.
- Community bots: moderation, welcome flows, paid access to channels, subscriptions.
- Trading and alert bots: price alerts, portfolio views, signal distribution, with exchange API integration.
- Internal automation: approvals, reports, on-call alerts, HR flows.
How we build
- Conversation design. We map every command, menu and failure path before coding, so the bot never leaves a user stuck.
- Development. grammY (TypeScript) or aiogram (Python), webhooks on your server, PostgreSQL for state, queues for broadcasts.
- Integrations. CRM, e-commerce, calendars, payment providers, AI models.
- Admin panel. See users and conversations, send broadcasts, export data, manage operators.
- Launch. BotFather setup, commands and descriptions, privacy mode, rate limits, monitoring.
Platform rules we design around
- Users must start the bot first; we design entry points (links, QR codes, channel buttons, Telegram Ads) so that step is natural.
- Broadcasts are limited to roughly 30 messages per second and must be wanted; we segment and throttle to protect the bot from restrictions.
- Digital goods sold inside Telegram must use Stars; physical goods and services can use any payment provider.
- Groups and channels have different permissions and APIs; we test the bot in all contexts it will be used in.
