Why Mini Apps need maintenance
Telegram releases client updates every few weeks, and Mini Apps run inside them. Viewport behavior, fullscreen mode, the SDK’s events and payment flows all change over time. Add payment providers that rotate APIs, libraries with security advisories and traffic that arrives in spikes, and an app that nobody watches degrades within months. Support is cheaper than emergency fixes during a campaign.

What is monitored
Uptime of the Mini App and backend, error rates, API latency, bot webhook health, payment success rate, queue depth, SSL and domain expiry, infrastructure cost anomalies. Alerts go to our on-call engineer and, if you want, to your Telegram group.
What a month looks like
Patches and dependency updates on a schedule, a review of Telegram’s changelog and any required SDK changes, improvement hours used for your backlog, and a report with uptime, incidents, usage trends and recommendations. Before a launch or ad campaign we run a load check and a payment flow test.
Support is included free for 30 days after every project we deliver; plans begin after that.

The final cost is calculated for each project individually and depends on the complexity of the task, the number of developers and specialists required, and the delivery timeline you set.
