Web3 gaming that players can actually reach
Most web3 games fail on distribution: players must install an app, install a wallet, buy tokens and sign transactions before seeing gameplay. Telegram inverts the funnel. The game opens from a chat, the player is identified instantly, the Telegram Wallet is one tap away and the first on-chain action can be deferred until the player cares about ownership.
We design games for that funnel: gameplay first, wallet later, on-chain where it matters.
What we build
- Casual games with on-chain rewards. Match-3, merge or idle loops where currency or cosmetic items can be withdrawn as Jettons or NFTs.
- Mid-core games with ownership. Collectible characters, crafting, marketplaces with royalties, guild assets.
- Play-to-own economies. Sinks and sources modeled in a spreadsheet before development, inflation controls, vesting on rewards.
- Companion games for token projects. A game that onboards a community into a token with tasks, quests and airdrop mechanics.
Architecture
| Layer | Technology | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Client | Phaser 3 / PixiJS / Unity WebGL + Telegram SDK | Gameplay, theming, haptics |
| Game server | Node.js, WebSockets, Redis, PostgreSQL | Authoritative state, anti-cheat, leaderboards |
| Chain | TON: Tact/FunC contracts, Jettons, NFT, TON Connect | Ownership, rewards, marketplace |
| Bridge | Indexers, queues, webhooks | Sync between chain and game state |
| Ops | Admin panel, dashboards, broadcast via bot | Live-ops and economy tuning |
Process
- Design (2 weeks). Core loop prototype, economy model, on-chain boundary, monetization mix (Stars, ads, assets).
- Production (6–10 weeks). Art pipeline, client, server, contracts in parallel; demo every two weeks on a staging bot.
- Security (2 weeks). Contract tests and third-party audit, anti-cheat tuning, load testing.
- Launch. Soft launch in a community, then Telegram Ads and referral campaigns through our marketing service.
Monetization
Telegram Stars for digital purchases (platform requirement), rewarded ads for free players, primary sales of NFT items in TON, marketplace fees and royalties, sponsored quests from partner projects.

The final cost is calculated for each project individually and depends on the complexity of the task, the number of developers and specialists required, and the delivery timeline you set.
