What we collect
- Estimate and contact forms: name, work email, Telegram username, phone number, company, role, project details and budget range that you enter voluntarily.
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads conversion tracking. These tools set cookies and collect usage data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location.
Why we collect it
To respond to your request, prepare a quote, and understand how the website is used so we can improve it. We do not sell personal data.
Where it goes
Form submissions are emailed to our team and stored in our CRM. Analytics data is processed by Google under its terms. We may use processors for email and hosting; all are bound by data processing agreements.
Retention
Form data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to 24 months afterwards unless a contract is signed. Analytics data follows Google Analytics retention settings (14 months).
Your rights
Depending on where you live (GDPR in the EU/UK, CCPA in California, PIPEDA in Canada, the Australian Privacy Act), you may request access, correction or deletion of your data, or object to processing. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies

Pricing and estimates
All prices, price ranges, hourly rates and timelines published on this website, including the cost calculator, service pages, the Integrations Wiki and location pages, are indicative. They describe the typical bracket for comparable projects and are not an offer, quotation or guarantee.
The final cost of every project is calculated individually and depends on the complexity of the task, the number and seniority of the developers and other specialists required, third-party costs (hosting, payment providers, licenses, audits) and the delivery timeline requested by the client. Shorter timelines, additional roles or changes in scope affect the price.
A binding price and timeline are confirmed only in a written proposal or contract after scoping. Calculator results and estimates sent before scoping may change once the requirements are clarified. Currency conversions on regional pages are approximate and are fixed in the proposal.

We update this page when our practices change and note the date at the top.
