Company
A team that builds only for Telegram
TGminiAppDev is the Telegram Mini App practice of Zen in Tech, a software and marketing company. We focus on one platform so that every project benefits from what we learned on the previous one: Telegram's SDK quirks, Stars payment rules, TON tooling, what gets a Mini App featured and what gets it banned.
What we do
We take Telegram products from idea to launch and keep them running: discovery and design, Mini App and bot development, TON smart contracts, payments, analytics, Telegram Ads and support. Clients come to us for three things: a full-cycle build, a dedicated developer to extend their team, or a rescue of a Mini App that another vendor could not finish.
How we are organized
- Product and design: discovery workshops, prototypes, UI in the Telegram design language.
- Engineering: React/Vue frontend, Node.js and Python backend, game developers on Phaser and Unity, TON engineers on FunC and Tact.
- Growth: Telegram Ads, referral mechanics, directory listings, analytics.
- Support: monitoring, SLA-based response, updates when Telegram ships new Bot API versions.
Four offices, 24/7 coverage
Our teams are based in the United States, Europe, the CIS and Asia. That is not an outsourcing arrangement with a single back office: each region has engineers and a project lead working their local hours, so a client in New York, London, Dubai, Almaty or Singapore gets a team that overlaps their full working day, and launches or incidents are handled around the clock by whichever office is awake.
How we work with international clients
Our clients are mostly in the United States, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, Canada, Australia and the EU. We sign contracts under the client's jurisdiction when needed, bill in USD, GBP, EUR or AED, run every project from the office in the client's time zone, and hand over source code, infrastructure and documentation at every milestone.
Principles
- Fixed scope, fixed price. After discovery you know what you get, when and for how much.
- Demos every two weeks. Working software on a staging bot, not slide decks.
- You own everything. Repositories, bot tokens, hosting accounts and payment providers are registered to you.
- No lock-in. Documentation and a handover session are part of every project.
