Why connect Telegram to 1C:CRM
1C:CRM and 1C:Enterprise configurations run sales, orders and accounting for most CIS companies. Integration goes through HTTP services or OData published from 1C, often with an exchange schedule agreed with your 1C specialist. Without the integration, Telegram becomes a separate silo; with it, every chat, order or request lands on the right record, your team gets alerts where they already are, and customers get updates in the chat they actually read.
How the integration works
- Auth. Published HTTP service or OData with basic auth over HTTPS; a 1C developer on your side or ours publishes the endpoints.
- Inbound. Leads, counterparties and orders from Telegram written to 1C; documents created in the agreed state.
- Outbound. 1C events (status, payment, shipment) pushed to the middleware or polled; clients get Telegram messages.
- Catalog. Nomenclature and prices from 1C feed the Telegram storefront with stock checks.
Typical flows
- Telegram order → 1C customer order → invoice via bot
- Payment registered in 1C → receipt in Telegram
- Shipment → tracking message
Architecture
| Layer | What runs there |
|---|---|
| Telegram | Your bot (grammY or aiogram) and Mini App |
| Middleware | A small service on your cloud: auth with 1C:CRM, mapping, dedupe, templates, retries, audit log |
| 1C:CRM | Native objects and automations; no custom code inside beyond fields and triggers |
| Monitoring | Failed syncs alert your team in Telegram; daily reconciliation report |
Data and compliance
Telegram IDs, usernames and phone numbers are personal data. We capture consent in the bot or Mini App, support unsubscribe and deletion, and keep data in your 1C:CRM region and your cloud region. A data flow document is provided for your DPO where GDPR, UK GDPR, PIPEDA, the Australian Privacy Act or regional laws apply.
