How the integration works
- Auth. REST API key with required scopes; MG transport for chats.
- Inbound. Orders from a Telegram storefront created with items, delivery and payment; customers matched by Telegram ID or phone.
- Outbound. Triggers on order status changes send Telegram notifications; operators chat through MG.
- Commerce. Stock and prices from RetailCRM feed the Mini App catalog.

Data and compliance
Telegram IDs, usernames and phone numbers are personal data. We capture consent in the bot or Mini App, support unsubscribe and deletion, and keep data in your RetailCRM region and your cloud region. A data flow document is provided for your DPO where GDPR, UK GDPR, PIPEDA, the Australian Privacy Act or regional laws apply.
