Why connect Telegram to Kaspi.kz
Kaspi is the dominant payment and marketplace ecosystem in Kazakhstan. A Telegram storefront or bot can accept Kaspi Pay and, for marketplace sellers, sync Kaspi Shop orders with chat notifications. Without the integration, Telegram becomes a separate silo; with it, every chat, order or request lands on the right record, your team gets alerts where they already are, and customers get updates in the chat they actually read.
How the integration works
- Access. Merchant credentials for Kaspi Pay and, optionally, Kaspi Shop API.
- Checkout. Kaspi QR or payment link from the Mini App; status confirmed via callback or polling.
- Marketplace. Kaspi Shop orders pulled and mirrored to Telegram with status updates.
- Receipts. Confirmation and receipt in Telegram.

Data and compliance
Telegram IDs, usernames and phone numbers are personal data. We capture consent in the bot or Mini App, support unsubscribe and deletion, and keep data in your Kaspi.kz region and your cloud region. A data flow document is provided for your DPO where GDPR, UK GDPR, PIPEDA, the Australian Privacy Act or regional laws apply.
