Why connect Telegram to n8n
n8n is the most searched automation tool in combination with Telegram: it is open source, can be self-hosted, and ships native Telegram Trigger and Telegram nodes. We design and host n8n workflows that connect your bot and Mini App to the rest of your stack, and we build custom nodes or code steps where the standard ones fall short.
How the integration works
- Setup. n8n Cloud or self-hosted (Docker on your VPS) with the bot token stored as a credential; Telegram Trigger via webhook.
- Workflows. Commands and messages routed to branches: CRM upsert, Sheets rows, AI replies, notifications to groups.
- Mini App. The Mini App posts events to n8n webhook nodes; responses flow back through the Telegram node.
- Reliability. Error workflows, retries, queue mode for volume, monitoring to a Telegram alert group.

- Form in Mini App → n8n → Google Sheets + email + Telegram confirmation
